As a consequence of the experiments/studies I have conducted so far, I can say with almost certainty that: ANPHORA WINE, a secular winemaking method that we use exclusively to produce our wines, is undoubtedly the one that better reveal the unique characteristics of the grapes, being also the most natural between all.
It is not a surprise because in old days, when it was started, it was like that.
We do all our wines with the utmost care and accuracy, from the lightest to the most structured. The differences depend essentially on the quality of the grapes and of course the time of macerating and stage that the grapes have inside the Anphora.
Nevertheless, in some years, or special conditions we can get fantastic grapes that permit us to do GRATE AND SPECIAL WINES.
