We obtained a must with a special structure, causing even longer fermentation, requiring extra care to obtain complete fermentation. The fact that the Talha were mixed more often resulted in increased extraction and consequently a high phenolic composition.

- Serving a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC. You can serving the wine directly in the glass, however we recommend open the bottle of wine 2 hour before to serving, dispensed a little in a glass the wine, for the wine in the bottle to have space to breathe.
